– Press and hold the red X button on the keypad for about 10 seconds until you see a message saying “Shutting down…”
– Wait for the device to power off completely
– Press and hold the green O button on the keypad for about 3 seconds until you see a message saying “Booting…”
– Wait for the device to power on completely
How to restart Verifone VX 520
